Hello, I’m Lisa and I am passionate about inspiring people to connect their minds with their body to greatly enhance their ability to move well.

I have been a qualified pilates teacher for 18 years. My group classes in The Garden Room at The Wimbledon Club, and one on ones at my nearby home, are a balance of creativity and science.

Pilates engages the science of biomechanics and a mix of creative analogies to problem solve the practicalities of movement and to build strength from within.

My aim is to make these movements simple to grasp, and easy to enjoy, by restoring your body’s core strength and posture.

By positively motivating and caring for each individual’s needs, I can teach a huge variety of body intelligent movements which greatly improves mobility, stability and ability to move more freely without pain through a regular course pilates exercises.

You will feel lighter, taller, calmer and more confident.
